SubscriberHi I would like to buy some of Bills products but trying to get a reply out of him by email is impossible. I have been trying for weeks, is it better to try and ring him? Has anyone else had this problem? what is his customer service service like usually?

Bill I think is the owner, I just want to find out what the company is like before spending a couple of grand there, I have had very little luck by email and thought someone on here might have had dealings with them.

Bill is a top notch guy. Pick up the phone and call him especially if your going to spend a couple of K ..... They are usually really busy with orders. I've always found RTE and Bill very helpfull. I run their full 3" kit on my D2. Best you call him and organise what you need that way. I have found that early mornings EST AU gets you late arvo over there. Good luck.
