Hi has anyone dealt with RTE?

Hi I would like to buy some of Bills products but trying to get a reply out of him by email is impossible. I have been trying for weeks, is it better to try and ring him? Has anyone else had this problem? what is his customer service service like usually?
    Thanks Peter

Ok this is in General Chat so we will all be looking at this thread.

What is RTE and who is Bill?

Some more information might help - will at least satisfy my curiosity.

    Cheers

    Hi Garry,
I wasn't sure where to put this so if it needs to be moved can someone please move it and let me know.
Welcome to RTE Welding & Fabrication!
Bill I think is the owner, I just want to find out what the company is like before spending a couple of grand there, I have had very little luck by email and thought someone on here might have had dealings with them.
    Cheers Peter

Bill is a top notch guy. Pick up the phone and call him especially if your going to spend a couple of K ..... They are usually really busy with orders. I've always found RTE and Bill very helpfull. I run their full 3" kit on my D2. Best you call him and organise what you need that way. I have found that early mornings EST AU gets you late arvo over there. Good luck.

    Cheers
