    Real or Fake?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=zbfZxvsDp3c

I don't know what sort of weight there is on the front of a plane of this size but that truck must have pretty good suspension to support it without showing much sag at all.

    I'll call BS.

Plane doesn't look real, the ute starts from a standing start and comes up to around 120+Knots (ref) (200?kph) in too short a distance (if it could even get to that speed)
The chances of that turning to **** are that high it doesn't bear thinking about, and finally it would have been world wide news if true.

Your answer is in the bottom right hand corner at the start of the video.

It says, "Fictionalization. Do not attempt."

I thought it was a mock up of this one, but wrong type of aircraft.

Not to mention that the ute would be unlikely to handle the say 7 tonne weight of the frontof the aircraft through the nose wheel. And thats static weight not including the "touchdown" loading.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

    Yah Right
For a start there is no such plane , its like a 727 tail & a DC10 nose
    DC10 empty = 109 tonnes
    727 empty = 45 tonnes

    lets say its a 727 , Landing Speed = 130 kt = 240 kmh

AND that would be 30 tonne on the main gear 15 on the nose
plus kinetic energy = say 20 tonnes crashing into the ute bed.

Yeah, and if a Nissan could go 240 Kmh from a standing start in 200 meters , meybe if it had a 6 pack of JATO's on it .
