Oliver 1850 tractor - air filter?

A friend of mine has just picked up an Oliver 1850 tractor fitted with a Perkins 6354 at a clearing sale, and we cant read all of the part number on the air filter element, although it looks like P107868

I've had a look on the Donaldson website, and it has no listing for the Oliver 1850

Does anyone know what the inner and outer air filter element part numbers are?

The FIL had a White (White bought Oliver in the early 1960's) with a 6-354T when we worked the farm and for the life of me I can't remember the air cleaner #'s.

FWIW this site OLIVER-TRACTORS 1850 Perkins 6.354 Diesel Engine fuel oil and air filters lists some FRAM filters which cross with these Donaldson elements

Measure up what you have and see if they are the same.
You can also try and input your existing element dimensions and try and cross it that way.

    From the Baldwin site,

    Baldwin Filters E-Catalog

    Petrol - PA1707FN Baldwin number
Diesel -Outer PA1822FN, Inner PA2305 Baldwin Numbers

Those numbers will cross with just about any brand.

    Cheers Casper

Cool, the outer crosses with a Donaldson P181059 as above.
    Longlife version is P182059

The safety could be a little trickier as the Baldwin cross above gives a different part number again, might have to measure or get a number off the original.

I would be wary of Baldwin cross referencing. The (Baldwin) safety filter I bought form my 110 (4BD1) had too small an ID to clear the base of the centre bolt, which meant there was a gap between the seal and the mounting surface when installed.

Or anyone else for that matter.
As one of the blokes from Donaldson Australia said to me once, never cross from another filter manufacturer, only from the OE part number, but when that's hard to come by, you need to be a little creative (and careful)
