    Introducing myself

Hi everyone, this is my first foray, just joined. I own a Freelander, had it 7 years now, done about 110,000 km, still firing well. Not sure how to maneuver around this site yet, so any hints will be welcome (that's if I can find the replies!!). I look forward to engaging with other Landy owners, I'm not a mechanic so don't expect much in the mechanical line from me! Cheers.

    Welcome

    Hi To, from Townsville

    Welcome aboard to the forum.
I spent a part of my time in National service up there in Townsville, came home with a couple of stories to tell about the place too.

G'day mate and welcome to the forums!

I have fond memories of Townsville - had cousins who lived north of there in Halifax area, uncle worked in the cane industry. I used to go shooting on holidays with them when we would camp out Mt Fox way and often went to kids camps out on Magnetic Island ... great days and great part of the world!

    Cheers, Tiki.

hello, you have done alright so far. Don't panic if you whack up a vacant post, we probably have al done that at some point. As long as you know where the tanks, reply, and post buttons are the rest all unfolds eventually. It's a big shed this place. There are many parts I haven't been to yet.

There is a sticky (permeant) post at the top of the general page that tells you how to post pictures. Perhaps worth a read, words are great, but we all love a pic.
