I notice you are in Belgrave Heights, that was always a black spot for signals with voda phone. Often when you sign up on deals, they include promotional stuff, if you don't want it it's up to the user to cancel the service extras other wise you keep getting charged.
Mobile phones are the biggest industry rip off and there's always people willing to commit then selves with the latest and greatest. Go to any shopping centre and people are queuing for "please rip me off and take my money"
