Thread: Spotted in Queensland

Saw a green Discovery yesterday near Morayfield WITHOUT a bull bar. There was a County behind it with a trailer .

Spotted a nice Dark Green Rangie P38 HSE 4.6 with vic plates in the Shell service station at Currimundi this afternoon.

There's an ex-mil Deefer appeared around Burleigh recently. I first saw it in Bunnings car park. Still in cammo. I think it may have been one of the recent auction lot, but what do I know?
It does look seriously cool, still got the roof rack & tool holders. Didn't see an Aulro sticker.

I spotted that one last weekend while I was down that way.. Looks good..

Nearly every morning I spot a white 110 heading towards the gateway bridge on the southern cross motorway (at around 8:30am) around the airport.. no wave yet but I'm not giving in..

The same goes for the kitted out black 110 often spotted on Toombul road.. and the white 110 with surfing Australia written on it seen a few times on the pacific hwy around Springwood..

Oh and one thing I did learn a couple of weeks ago.. is that on Fraser island there are a LOT of Defenders.. but they are hire vehicles and the drivers don't wave back.. yes it took me two days to realise they were hire vehicles lol..

And a big smile for the guy in the green 90 that gave me a cheery wave and a toot as I was reversing out of my driveway yesterday morning.. not sure if he is a member or not but it was a great way to start my day!

Well it was early.. and I had not long climbed out of bed.. foggy windows and eye's lol.. so yes it could have been blue

And if it was you.. thank you.. you really did make my day!

That could possibly be mine, did it have a rooftop tent? It's my wife's daily drive and she's not too up on the wave.. Thats why when i get to drive it I wave fanatically at all to make up for it.
