HA!, Waved to you in the van on Tuesday morning in Tally Vally but you didnt wave back you unsocialble Pommy Git!.
I keep seeing a nice Stornaway Grey 110 going from Nerang thru to Chillingham, I am usually on my bike thru there, I wave, but she probably thinks I'm a nutter and I also saw a sensational Black Puma 110 parked at Nerang, decked out to the extreme, I dont think he could have fitted another thing on or in it. It was nice to meet Sue and put a face to a name at Bruce Lynton Landrover last Friday and have a chat, nice truck Sue.

    Cheers Ian

Sue. (I assume it was you). I just passed you on Toombull road. I hope I have gone some way to overcoming my wife's rudeness. I was in my little green ute, rolled the window down, waved fanatically and even shouted out "Hi Sue"

Very nice bronze 90 by the way.

Was that as I was taking off from a set of lights????.. I could have sworn that I heard someone call our my name and I went to stick my hand out the window and wave (although I hadn't seen you) and found out the hard way what happens when one attempts to stick their hand out a closed window lol..

Funnily enough I wondered at the time if it was a fellow Landy driver.. because a few weeks ago a gent in a ute that was stuck in the same traffic jam as me wound his window down and said "Hi, I drive a Deefer too!"..

I'll keep an eye out for little green utes.. Defenders and Disco's from now on.. the list is growing..

OUCH!. Steph and I went out to RossLandy's place today to pick up a replacement gearbox for Smeg today(Thanks Mate). I got told a couple of time when I waved at other Deefers near Canungra " Your in a Falcon Ute Dear, not the Tardis, they probably think your a weirdo waving at them." I just said, "I'm waving because I'm a nice bloke" (That's my story and I'm sticking to it until guaranteed imdenity from prosecution)

I spotted a very nice Series I of 1949 vintage in Scarborough today

It looked so good I turned round and went back to take a couple of pics and have a good look round it.

Not sure if I should post the pics up or not, does it belong to anybody here ??
