Not sure if it helps, have you tried caravan parks with cabins, we travel all over and there seems to be plenty of people staying in cabins at caravan parks that work locally

I'm not sure how far out i'm prepared to go.. Maybe like 20 minutes ish? I don't know the area well.
Looking for 2BR+ preferably with room to park.
Looking to rent ASAP for 6 months.

Mate, I live near Bendigo, there appears to be plenty of places to rent in the local rag. Bloke over the road has a farmstay house that he rents out , not sure of the $$ though. I know an agent if I could help.
