Just something to concider. And not putting a damper on it.
If one was to orginize a trip with other fellow 4wders and in the way you do by "advertising" on a foroum you CAN open yourself to some legal technicalities.
As you are the orginizer, the group leader, or what ever you want to call it YOU CAN become liable for ALL that come along. So that's where the problems start.
Because if some one excepts your invitation then goes out 4wding with you and for example rolls there 4wd, and it's ridden off etc etc. YOU. can be held accountable for it.

As the orginizer/ leader it can be claimed you failed in your duty of care.

But before poeple say but I WOULDN'T do that I know the way it goes , i break i fix it. When YOU make a claim it's the INSURANCE company that'll be looking for some else to pay. Being ???

Food for thought. And this is why clubs are formed insurance are paided
