Likewise, don't care much about his gospel years but he's still one of my favorite artists, his version of Nine in Nails "Hurt" makes the original seem second rate.

It's not the Man in Black but, a great voice, fantastic piano player and far easier on the eye than Jonny.

For some reason this song took me back to Dalby, about 1968, home on leave, with the mates on Saturday night, did the mandatory circuit of the main street, , picked a couple of girls up, got some beers, out to the country dance, about 1/2 an hour from town on the Chinchilla road. On the way to the dance, a song came on the radio, " Jerimiah was a bull frog", Three cars stopped without prompting, everyone got out, & danced on the side of the road. Got to the dance, at the end of the night, danced in the arms of a lovely lady to a song with the same beat as this one, totally innocent, totally wonderful, totally country. Thank you for taking me back, Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Bob, I think this charted in Brisbane in '74. Google the title, there's an interesting, true story behind it.
