    range rover, abandoned?

    There has been a range rover sitting in a car park since about January. Until recently, it was unregistered, but when I decided to take the photos, it had new rego. on it, It used to be used by the resident of a house nearby, then for the last few months it has not moved. Bit of rust, needs some love, wondering if I should leave a note in his letterbox asking if he wants to sell? Bob
