I put some up outside in between watching the cricket, but its a pretty basic effort, just turned a tall round bush into a live Christmas tree. Not much compared with our neighbours, who have gone all out this year. I had to put up something just to fill the dark space between the display on each side.

Got back into it this year after a few years off due to work and surgery. The daughters have been the main push this time around. Can't believe the cost to change over from bulb to LED, have about 40 sets of bulb that are in all states of disrepair so have been gradually stocking up on the LED sets. Switched on last night however only about half have been run to power at that strage, have to finish the rest today. Will post some piccy's when all finished.

If you want to drop by (in Perth obviously) PM me I'll pass on my address.

    Cheers,

    Peter.

Got ours going today. Whats drives me insane is that each year you put your lights up expecting that they will work; because they were working when you pulled them down. BUT now they dont work. stupid chinese rubbish! WHY CAN"T YOU BUY DECENT lights!

Yep, had to chuck half mine out, so my tree is looking a bit bare.

it's so frustrating isn't it, we spend SO much money on lights that only work for a year or two.

I don't think i'll be buying more; when these ones die that will be it.
