Just a hint, buy green, not frozen, cook short time. As a matter of fact , some of the best tasting prawns I have tasted have been raw, try it. Bigger prawns are not tougher, just tough prawns are cooked wrong. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

There is standard prawns sizing, I am unsure why this list can be used, but the fact there was no other boat selling may have something to do with it.

    Bob,
We get looked after by a great local bloke, Al Who comes in to port and sells off the back of the boat regularly enough to keep us happy.
I still prefer endeavs over tigers and 10 20s are sweet and juicy.

Not sure what you mean buy green not frozen. ? ? The only prawns that are not snap frozen on a trawler that i know are those that come out of the cooker and sold in port next morning.

With your new mob is it possible to send other fish products down??????

    Gday Andrew,

The company sells plenty of different products, but the biggest problem is the cost's of getting it to you guys in WA.
Then there is the volume needed to make the cost's low enough to make price competitive to that of the imported product's and this is where the problem lies.

Once the barra season start's in Feb, and we start getting some fish thru, I will see if there is any interest.

    Cheers Ean

    Bom apetit!
And it's actually quite warm in Mozambique and not an ice cube to be found.
I reckon the aroma of seafood would become quite aromatic after a while
