If your in a 4by with towbar in that situation shouldn't you execute a emergency stop as often as required to stop being chassed.

don,t think us over 70'ers licences could survive too many more mishaps like that. at least it would be only one person, not a mall full.

Forget his licence, if what was seen in the footage was true and correct then this bozo needs to be taken off the street. With lack anger management he's just as likely to glass some in a pub or something like that just for looking at him the wrong way..
