Sam Overton [engineer, TC designer and comp 4x4 builder] always said that TC+LSD was 99% as good as lockers.
I'm very close to pulling the trigger on some Ashcroft LSD's for the front and rear. I've googled the bejesus out of the subject and am still not sure if it's the right thing to do due to all the conflicting info out there; in fairness the information/opinions are all based on their relative use on different vehicles.
What is the general consensus on installing front and rear LSD's on a Puma with traction control?
Ps. Drivetrain is standard, wheels are standard 235/85/16

LSD or lockers?

I got mates with Tru Tracs front and rear in both a Tdi Defender and D2a. The latter has TC and it seems to be a really good combo. I'd deduce that it should work just as well for you.
Are you talking about the Ashcroft atb diffs? If so, I have been investigating it for some time and those who have this setup swear by it. Atb + tc is apparently pretty damn good.
I am going this way with my d2.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
Hi Bob, probably not doing it til mid year, doing my intercooler first. Now I'm reasonably handy with a spanner and do most things myself, but I'll have to think about doing the diffs, never done them before.....scary.
