    L5 gives me HL

I am about 90% with my L5 problem, but I dread a low pressure system coming over coupled with low temperatures, it really spasms at those times .

I am still very mindful of what and the way I go about picking up heavy objects, but I spent a good part of yesterday and today cleaning up along the outside of my road fence, this included chain sawing and carting away a half dozen trailer loads of tree limbs and ----- apart from feeling a bit tired, my back isn't too bad at all, probably because I popped a couple of brufen tablets before I started.

I really want to get there. There's a number of people I would like to meet up with, and it's not that far away.

Bugger! Back troubles are the worst - not good when it is so bad you can't attend to your own backside.

I hope it all continues to improve Dave.
    Cheers,

    Not for you
But, that would mean that if you needed to stop more frequently it would be less of an issue

Stop? I'd be lying on the back seat!

I'm meeting the surgeon again next week, to discuss whether surgery is likely or not after all the scans and tests that have been done in the last week. I'll make a decision after that.
