Its OK the previous State Labour Government solved the problem of trains (in 2005 only 61% of City Rail Trains ran on time *) and buses not running to time.

They widened the definition so that an arrival within 15 minutes of the schedule was considered on time arrival. Still couldn't get it anywhere near 100% on time running.
