what to do
hey all just acquired a 97 discovery series 1 its going to be the work fun truck . so its pretty stock as it stands tho it as a tjm bar 2 inch spring lift and 265s on It we are putting 315 75 16s on It with either the 16x8 0 offset wheels we have or can get neg 25s also putting lra 50 mm flares on few qs should I go a 30 mm spring spacer aswell or 50 mm or 40 mm body lift if I do the body lift will I need to extend nething besides brake lines steering ??? also are the body lifts just blocks ?? also planning on upgrading axles and what not as it if it breaks so what else do you sudgest I do on a decent budget am a mechanic of 12 yrs so will b doing all work myself just never played with rovers also it will be sign writen to buggery will stand out so plz fill me full of ideas and tips

To fit 35's you'll need the -25 offset. Fit the extended wheel arches first, you'll probably get away with the 2" lift. If you're using long travel shocks you will also need extended brake lines.

cheers mate was thinking that the neg 25s would b the go and yes will b using long travell shocks also using lowered shock mounts any other necessitys ???

If your going 35in look at gearing. Ashcrofts in uk sell both c&p as well as stronger axles and cv's or they also sometimes sell underdrives as well as a complete front and rear diff upgrade.
