I'm with you here Chucaro, maybe the mods can let this run unless it gets out of hand.....so far its quite informative.....

Not sure I see it. Once the weapons are in Syrian hands they're basically out of Russian control. And what could Russia do except jump up and down and make loud noises. I would suggest Iran and its proxy Hezbollah are stripping Syria of useful stuff in anticipation of its fall.

The problem comes when you have a history of machine gunning the axe man, the question then becomes which action is defence and which action agression. A dysmal spiral.

It would all be better if the axe man and machine gunner laid down their weapons and kept inside their own property and not on the property they are trespassing and squatting upon.

basically hezbollah lives in Lebanon, hezbollah wants to destroy Israel, hezbollah gets funds from syria and Iran who also want to destroy Isreal. Israel have mossad inside hezbollah, so if they attack an military shipment it is not done lightly.
