Not Photoshoped
reading the case of Antonio López Chaj and looking at the photo reminds me what "humans" are capable to do
On the other hand it is incredible what medicine can do to save the life of this poor soul.

not the only
Hi There was a poor pom that went to Sydney for a holiday few years back. He went back home the same way like the guy above. Some people have no respect for other peoples lives

I had a similar look for a month 15 years ago, luckily for me it was emergency surgery for a cerebral aneurysm and they put the bone back in a month later after the swelling had subsided. In his case you can see the chunk of brain that has been damaged or crushed by whats missing, as when the skull is removed there is still a curve of skin that rests on the brain. In my case I could make it bulge more by tipping my head to the left and forward
I still have the bolts in my head they used to lock the bone back in as well as the clips/clamps on the inside. What medicine and surgeons can do is amazing but he has lost any chance of a normal life because of a brutal act.
