    Kinda reminds me of a wheeled version of the "Huglands" that the British MOD would sell off at their disposal sales a couple of years ago,"Juddy" would know what I am talking about.

    On a quick look they do seem quite similar, but if you look carefully the second one is quite different, the drive for the second one comes from a drum between the first and second and third and fourth wheels which sits on the tyres and drives them from the tyres. There is anothe clearer uTube video of this particular situation and you can see that at least part of the problem is that when it gets stuck the drum turns and juddered the wheels but slips and is not turning them. The first video clearly has a direct drive system to the wheels.
