    ANY SHYSTERS OR PETTIFOGGERS ON THE FORUM?

    This is how law is practiced in Southern California.

    Law offices in Van Nuys.

    I really like the "Abagados Honestos" who share chambers with the Golden China Restaurant. There are those among us who cynically would regard "honest lawyers" as an oxymoron.

    The $400 divorces seem like a bargain.

    I would imagine that an American style $400 divorce would involve some sort of firearm.

    Or have I been watching too many Schwarzenegger movies?

    You may be thinking of "Divorce - Sicilian Style". Traditionally accomplished with the lupara.
