If you have the time, try to have a look at the Cornish coast, it's a beautiful drive.
    Cheers Baz.

    Hi Baz & family,

Unfortunately we won't have time to see the Cornish coast. We only five more days in the UK before we head to Singapore.

We have just returned to Istanbul after a few days touring. Yesterday we went to Pamukkale which is quite remarkable. Some of the ancient ruins here are just mind blowing. It gives you a whole different outlook on the cultures over 2000 years ago.

Cheers mate & hope all is going well with you all.

    Erich & Sheila

Pamukkale is pretty cool especially at sunset, did you get to Topkapi Palace in Istanbul and both of the great mosque's .I was blown away by the Aya Sophia which from memory dates back to the 7th century.
I loved Turkey in general from Istanbul down to Olu Deniz on the med coast.

Don't know if we will have time to do the Topkapi Palace...today is our last day here and we are visiting the Blue Mosque early, then the Hagia Sophia etc. maybe we can get to the palace this afternoon. There are a couple of those massive cruise liners in port at present and the crowds at the popular tourist places are huge.

    Thanks for your suggestions though.

    Cheers, Erich
