    Yes true and they were fitted with hard plastic fuel lines!

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    does this mean after 15 years Grumble's fuel lines are likely to break? or melt? or perish? He has just celebrated his 15th birthday with another trip through the desert.

    I have one landy with out plastic anything so I guess they went down hill from 1956 when it was built

    Rilsan is Nylon but the raw material is not made by DuPont (they own the Nylon name). Black gives the best UV resistance but any colour is available.
    The 'Nylon' lines on my Series II & Series III are still OK.
