If I had a group of 100bikers trying to drag me out of a car ..... I'd squish 'em all too to get out of there too. Lucky he was in something big enough to plough through them in. Why are the bikies so ****ed with him?

There is a long drawn out discussion on another forum I am a member of.

All pointless speculation without knowing the full story.

Suffice to say that if I was in a similar situation (many threatening motor bike riders, family in the car, etc) then I would probably drive over / through them to get away as well.

No way known I would get out of the car and subject myself and my family to possible extreme violence or death.

I can only imagine there was an earlier incident between the Range Rover and another biker that could probably have been resolved at the roadside without further escalation.

No group of bikers is just going to suddenly decide to pick on someone (and certainly not a family) just for the hell of it.

But, as has already been said, this is all speculation!

The video shows one biker pulling right in front of the RRS and braking just before the camera pulls away.
Not surprisingly, looks like the RRS hit that bike and from there it was game on.

Speculation is rife about what they were trying to do originally. The most common theme is block traffic so they can play their games.

News is saying the RR driver had to suddenly stop by a rider cutting across and had a minor bingle with another rider.
Interesting that one of the riders appears to try to force the RR to stop...
I know there are some bold riders out there but a 200kg bike vs a 2t 4WD?

Just harks back to the mob mentality.

Why take on an issue you have with someone one-on-one when you can phone a friend. Had to deal with the neighbors shut head son and friends one night when they got that mentality. Was resolved when they called the cops because I attacked 9 of them. They were told to shut up and count themselves lucky.

And I still see it that he's all brave when they're around (not that it made a difference last time) but alone he won't say boo. All these mob attacks you see are no different and it's the girls that seem to be becomin the worst for it lately. Two or three or more attacking one other with another group filming it and making sure the victim doesn't get away.

Good on him I say. Clearly in a position of being threatened (irrespective of prior events) in a manner exceeding what would be considered a reasonable response.

It's very difficult to judge exactly what has gone on before, but like CAG, my view is that it descends into a mob attack at the end. Having 100 bikies riding around you, braking to a halt in front of you, rushing at your door, generally means that they aren't interested in a cup of coffee and chat about current affairs. If you're threatening me and mine, be prepared to have some large tyres tracks running over you.
