Why would you need a weapon to take them on? 2.5tons of Rangie makes a pretty good weapon against 100kg of biker with a knife sitting on a bike.

In that situation you either leave me and mine alone, or you'll be doing an impression of a speed ramp.

are you sure that is the case, and not confused with the biker that got run over by the RRS being a paraplegic and not dead?

Yeah I'd like to see an official source for that claim too.

Maybe now there'll be a rash of RR owners in NY wanting tougher tyres?

Interesting article, the father of the bikie who I read was paraplegic not the driver, is a Rev. and is now saying his son is the real victim.

I suspect a lot of BS and propaganda from them at this stage. I've heard everything from coma to paraplegic to just broken legs.

It will all become clear later. Right now the only things known for certain are what is caught on video.

more to this one than meets the eye for sure.

Police have said Mr Lien, 33, is not expected to be charged, but the investigation is continuing and they are seeking information about the other bikers involved.

He told them he “accidentally collided with one” after they had been riding “erratically” and he fled as he feared for his family’s safety.

During the incident one of the bikers suffered a broken leg, while another broke both.

Police named one of the injured men as Jeremiah Mieses, from Massachusetts.

The 26-year-old is currently in a coma and expected never to be able to walk again.

Today Christopher Cruz, from New Jersey, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sources say the 28-year-old’s riding had caused the angry chase as he was driving erratically causing Mr Lien to rear-end him.

Cruz, who is thought not to have been part of the chasing pack, was briefly in hospital and released with minor injuries.
