My grandparents came from Glasgow in Scotland and as a kid my Grand mother would give me black puddin for breakfast - yum yum.

When I was about 20, I only then found out what "black puddin" was - apparently called "blood sausage" - never had it again nor any other offal. However I do remember it did taste so good but that is now overridden by the mental thought of what it is - just had some devon a little while ago but reading above about the raw fritz I might think that through again.

Thanks for wrecking my devon with tomato sauce snacks.

I hated the thought of black pudding but spent time in Glasgow at my gf's parents house and her dad would make me a huge cooked breakfast with eggs, bacon, square sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding on toast.

The first time I walked through the market in Singapore, long time ago, I was nearly sick at the smell and sight of the stuff on sale. I got used to it but I am forever convinced that Asians will eat anything, anything at all even if it looks and smells repulsive.

I only tried it once, a barbecued steak/fillet, akin to tough shark. I'll stick to beef thank-you.

If it has legs and isn't furniture,

if it swims and isn't a submarine,

if it flies and isn't made by Boeing.
