    We'll I do the two fingers, almost like the peace sign but fingers together, from the steering wheel and I'm sticking with it. As far as I'm concerned it's very Australian and more so than any other wave noted.

    Any one who drives in Australia should be able to relate to this technique and if not, selling the land rover is the least of your worries, you have some other major disorders to deal with.

    I'm taking it's a 'classic variation'.

    Ask Redback about "Waving" to D4s
    If I see a nicely kitted out rig, regardless of make then chances are I might give a nod or a quick wave. Only get landies waving back most of the time.
    I'm not about to go waving to old mate with more antennas than the Russian Fleet, twin truck stacks and "she'll buff" plastered across the front of his dirty ****box lowlux. He can go get bent.
