I downloaded a recipe yesterday but I havent got around to reading it yet.

Another consideration is the fact that I drive a V8 Disco !!! Costs me $20 to drive to town.
To go anywhere costs more than postage of goods sometimes.
In this case, two packets $10 dollars delivered to my door.
I will consider making my own if I find any benefit from drinking the stuff.

In case anyone is interested or in a similar position.
Recent checkup with Doc and he told me my blood pressure is elevated.
He wanted to prescribe drugs to lower it. Bugger that, so I went onto the internet and read up and cross checked information.
I wont go into details but amongst the info on what to eat etc. was the recommendation to drink hibiscus tea.
Three 8ounce cups a day can lower blood pressure by the same number as prescription poison. Worth a try and I will monitor my blood pressure at home out of interest.
By the way read up on the side effects of drugs used to treat high blood pressure.
    Bugger that.
