We have a moron down the road with a big brown mastiff in a very small yard. It is beautiful dog but unfortunately it looks very neglected and very bored. I used to walk on the other side of the road with my two to stop him rushing the fence and going crazy. This morning at 0500 I thought bugger it. My two dogs don't care. We will walk past and if the dog wakes the idiot up then maybe he might get a hint. My two walked past without a sound looking straight ahead. The mastiff went nuts. You could here it a block away. I pity anyone if it ever gets out. It's not the dogs fault. He is completely neglected. Owners like that sit inside and watch telly in the aircon whilst the poor dog is completely ignored.
