    Aluminium extrusion-Rhino HD type

Yep, $75 for 1.5m is a little bit on the gouging side.

Anyone know of anything similar. It has 40mm sides.

Lawrence & Hanson sell steel channel of similar dimension and section - used for cabling.

    Definitely not as expensive

(Rhino kayak mounts fit perfectly on mine)

I've found ebay will get it for you pretty cheap in the form of 2nd hand Rhino HD bars.
I've paid $65 before for two to suit a Disco1 including legs. I think they are 1590mm wide.

I have a 2nd hand one that was a front ladder rack on a work ute I had, there is only one and would be around the 1.5m mark,

its yours for nothing if you want it, as its of no use to me,

its a bit rough, the rubber capping has a few marks, but a lick of paint and no one will be the wiser

Can you get unistrut in that profile?

I've only ever used it in the U profile with or without holes in the back and made from steel.
