    S3 Brake troubles

My S3 brakes keep leaking, I know the causes of which there are 2

The Front left brake slave cylindar (also known as wheel cylindar)
    its an easy fix.

    However.... (annoyingly)

Just after the brake Master cylindar there is a junction box that serves also servers as a Pressure loss indicator, the Pressure loss indicator "screw in switch" seems to repeatedly leak, I no longer use the switch (it has been glued up and doesn't leak from the top) but the due to the thread not being tapered it requires an O ring to prevent leakage, with the previous O ring having fallen apart I replaced it with another O ring, yet it leaks even worse then it did with the faulty O ring previously on it.

    Long rant over...

My question is- What is the actual name/part number for this junction box and switch?
Is there any reason that the new seal is leaking worse?

I will have an image on here tomorrow, its currently a little to dark to take one (disregard the part of me being to lazy to go out and take one).

All this is probably bloody confusing, honestly I don't know how to explain what is wrong because I ain't got much of a clue about this particular part.

On a side note I have been driving around with faulty brakes that constantly need refilling for a couple of months... ...I have gained a significant amount of patience when driving.

Wrong size O ring, metric instead of imperial maybe or different profile.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

The brake proportioning valve, if it is the same as on my early 110, shouldn't be able to leak through the switch, the switch is not in contact with the brake fluid. The o-ring will be to stop the ingress of filth, not to keep the fluid in.
I suggest you find a new valve asap...

Yup! brake proportioning valve,I would suggest that it has a fine crack down the side of the thread, common fault from overtightening, replace valve assembley, and use tread tape, one wrap should do around indicator switch.

    hope that is of help.

Sweet thanks, its seems the rubber plunges inside of the assembly have failed, therefore allowing oil past, (being at work whenever my local parts shop is open) I got my father to see if they had a replacement part, he got the replacement part, at $100, I don't know if that's a bargain or a rip off....
