Of course it's ok to change a name, but there is a protocol to be followed as in the marine world, it has to be re-christened..... a ceremonial process that exorcises all the previous demons and protects from new unwanted demons etc etc........... and of course as we all know the best and most effective method of preventing demons is copious amounts of alcohol

Hi Dave , If I may I would like to tell you about my 86 v8 110 called The Red Rooter , now I had It for many years , and loved that car It took me wherever I wonted to go , It was well looked after and never let me down . I then brought a td5 110 the wife named It Ruby , and had them both on my drive side by side , When I went to start the v8 NO , It would not start . At this point I would like to say I am not a religious man , and I don;t believe in fairies , we all had a laugh , My son said dad the Red Rooter is sulking , after talking nice It started . cheers jimr1

Remove two nuts just in front of the rear diff, or remove the rear flexible brake line and blank off the openings.

Chuck Norris used to be cool.
He shaved off his beard and now he's ****.

You can re-name a car, but only if you alter the thing that gave it it's name previously/make major changes to it.

Every time I work on my D2 I change its name, unfortunately, I can't print it here, [ and for some reason, I can't post smilies], Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
