    RRC Chassis number

    Whereabouts is the chassis number on a V8 1984 RRC? Or is it only on the body? Any help greatly appreciated

    Hi,

    On the vertical outside of the chassis rail, driver's side, in the front wheel well.

    It'll be close to the spring / shocker.

    Letters / numbers will be about 10mm high and you might find a wire brush handy to see them.

    BTW pre 1990 ish that is the only place the VIN / chassis number appears, which leads to all sorts of possibilities body wise.
