My wife on holidays way up Nth, saw this vehicle up to it's whatever in salt water today
it was in the water taking a battering for quite a while before it was rescued by 4 other 4wd's and lots of helpers pushing, doesn't matter anyway the salt water has done it's damage 'Oh what a feeling ******' cheers Dennis
ps yes I know the venerable Land Rover can end up the same way if you haven't a clue as to what your doing,,.![]()

Yeah, but remember that is someone else's pride and joy, have some compassion - we have seen the same thing happen to fellow members here with their LR's.
Who knows what the circumstances were? Could have been stupidity, but could have been a genuine mistake or inexperience.
Sad IMO...

Almost happened to my sons 300tdi D1 a couple of weeks back.Inexperience.Parked too close to the water at inskip point on an incoming tide and one wave washed up past the disco and down he went.Water half way up doors begfore tow truck pulled him out.Tow truck broke a 15 t snatch strap.Several 4wds stopped to take pics of him,none tried to help![]()
