If I am waving with hand/s off the wheel, for the sake of the Ancestors pull over, turn around and follow...that wild waving usually means "For ****'s sake HELP...the old girl has taken to steering herself (again)!!" [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] I can relate to that, my lightweight is actually the fastest car on the road in the UK, just after slipping (crunching) into top gear I hit warp speed, nothing can catch me, the steering becomes redundant as I am using the force now, everything is just a blur out of the (rattling) side windows man and machine at one with each other...... but hold on, something must be wrong with the speedo, 45 mph?

Waving seems to be dying out here, even in the country. Too many people too small an island. i still occasionally wave or if I am alongside at traffic lights i give the nod and smile that sais "I know". I normally just get funny looks back though!

Thanks god for the excellent doors seals on land rovers, if it wasnt for them that nasty smell would escape. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] Matt

But I drive with the windows down so no one will come near me on the road :wink:

Thats not a bad idea, i must try that, everytime i go out driving, every dickhead driver around seems to cross my path, its like dicing with death. Matt
