    LandyAndy, we ended up buying one similar to what you have linked to there, but it's Aussie made I think. It's heavy as, all stainless and it chews through the meat.

    The Chinese one I bought died in 5mins use so I cut the ass out of it and connected a power drill to the end of the shaft. Couldn't leave 10kgs of lamb just sitting on the bench.

    Andy, if you go to somewhere like "Grays Online" you might pick up a good second hand industrial version from a closing down/liquidation sale.
    Dont know if they operate over in WA, but here in Vic, you can buy almost anything.
