At least in this case - I saw on the news this morning that the Qld Government is looking at how to increase the non-parole period for this scum.

My thoughts exactly.
There is definitely not enough accountability for the judiciary in this country.
The least transparent apparatus of society by a distance.

Exactly,in fact over the last 20yrs or so it has become softly,softly on those inside.
Starts when they rock up at AG.
They say this is to stop things getting in the media,and without being political,was started by the last govt.
Riots,bashings,deaths,etc,don't do the politicians any favours

In fact inmates do it harder at the Youth centre than at AG.

There are also many in protection at Wolston.
