Then their is the Supercheap wheel roaming loose in pit lane for a team penalty vs Redbull's stop man flattening down some tape and getting a drive through (i hate jamies wincup) but c'mon im with then on this one.
I feel sorry for Betty and her Merc team with no sponsor, she has been borrowing money to keep the team afloat and i dont see any sponsors coming on board with V8 supercars stuffing up the tv rights next year. Who really wants to put big money into a sport that will only be on free to air 5 times a year in 2015.
Oh and F1 is tuffed as well, Who want's to see cars driving around at 70% saving fuel every race?????
Where on earth did you hear that stat?
Channel 10 have won the rights to cover the V8's for 2015 and beyond. (however long the contract is) It will be as it is now, but on 10, not bloody pain in the arse lets have an ad every three bloody minutes, 7!

there are 2 clearly defined electronic sensors that measure time over set distance, giving average speed.

some drivers come into them too fast(just trying to gain a yard) and are not doing 40 immediately they are inside the zone

they must be doing 40 at the first sensor, so slow a little earlier is the answer.

maybe a primary zone of say 80 then 40 may stop the overrun, but if the drivers are trying to take a yard they'll still try it on.

it's not an error, it's a deliberate attempt by the drivers to get a miniscule advantage and they fail.......good!

I think you'll find it'll be on Foxtel live for all rounds with Ten only broadcasting five races live and the rest on a one hour highlights package late at night

Right here - V8 Supercars Share Details of 2015-2020 Media Rights Agreement

If you don't have Foxtel, then you will only see the big races live - the rest will just be highlights.

Fox Sports will broadcast everything live - practice, qualifying and the races ad free (apart from Bathurst).

Pay your dollars or forget it - I can see sponsors starting to walk because of this - less than 15% of households have pay TV...

Despite the spin they have put on it, the general public have just been bent over... Some of the stuff they quote is unbelievable. Their all smiling in the photo - because they have all just got VERY rich and managed to sell the public out in one hit.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
