Gav. Having your burners directly under the meat how did you stop the dripping fat from igniting and burning the meat?
Um, sorry, but there was none left by the time I thought about it... :angel:
With the burners set either side, there was very little flare up. After the first hour, I turned it right down and cooked it on a low heat. Seemed to work fine.:). I have a witness too - Wardy dropped the mighty Vectra back yesterday arvo and got to sample it. :)
If I found a couple of 44's, reckon you could upscale it for Winter Wombat?
A gas version? Theoretically yes, but time would be my enemy. I can borrow one I think that you could roast an entire pig on.
