Review in latest magazine (4x4 or Overlander - can't remember which) basically says that it's a bloody capable and comfortable 4wd with very good on road manners also. Points out that price is above others in the market and wonders if people will be prepared to pay the premium.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Wonder how this will look with a bloody great bullbar stuck on the front of it.
edit: after carefull inspection I decided the second part of this post was unnecessary
I dont know disco, I find it hard to beleive they would make a 4wd that wont take a bull bar, the I am still worrying about the steering wheel issue.

And as for not taking a bull bar, most moter companies will gladly make them just like this.
Main reason is that more are sold as carpark cruisers for the city people who never think of leaving the black top.
It is the sign of things to come, in fact it is here already
There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. The good sleep better, but the bad seem to enjoy the waking hours
It's ok, I looked at the pic again and noticed that what looked like a pic of the bumper and headlight/grill surround was actually a shot of the vehicle without grill and headlights. The bumper will probably remove like the disco 1 and 2.
Hi BB, thanks, I try. Maybe its in resonse to calls in England and Oz etc to ban bull bars? I dont really know. A mate of mine just bought an X-Trail (i tried to convince him to buy a freelander but guess what- to pricey) and the two front gaurds are plastic the bend and move like playdough. Now thats weird. But if you bump it of bang into it it just bends in and pops out. Matt
