    I know what ur saying. I think ill prob go the same way when snoopy goes. I cant imagine living without him. Hes so great to have around. My condolences to ur mate.

    I think the only dog i could replace Snoopy with would be a chocolate lab. They are a wonderful animal.

    We had one of those for 10yrs,a fantastic companion,great watchdog,kept the vet busy,but wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

    Skin cancer got him in the end,he used to love lying in the sun.

    Our two Labs, Mr Jones and Penny.

    They love: food, chasing balls, food, walks, food, sleeping, food. You get the idea. Amazing thing is that they are both Lab's but so different in personality. We're not sure if this is just because one is male the other female. Jonsey is stubborn, slightly devious and quite sure of his patch (I peed on the lemon tree out the back once and, while I was still standing there, Jonsey walked up and peed on the same patch and walked off - bastard!). Penny is protective of my wife and I, really accommodating and always there.

    Anyone else got two of the same breed but really different personalities?

    Wish our girl luck again.

    Found another lump in one of her other mammary glans

    Luckily its quite small,

    Looks like she will have to have all of them off on one side,including lymph glands,etc

    A big op,hope it all goes OK.

    Had many dogs over the years,and this one is the best one we have had, by a country mile,so we are really attached to her

    Bloody cancer,it really sucks
