Worth noting that for over the counter transactions, Westpac can only use numeric reference numbers, making the use of user name a bit of a problem if you want to use cash. You can use your user name from most other banks, but they will almost certainly chage you a fee for transferring to another bank.

I've got Dave's shop set up as a Payee in my on-line banking (as I have with others I regularly or occasionally pay money to).

Easy - just transfer the money on-line and enter the words "AULRO Subscription" in the transfer and you have a record.

Never used PAYPAL or similar - and don't intend to in the future. If I come across a vendor who only does business this way - I go elsewhere.

I've never had a problem with receiving reminders that my subscription has expired on AULRO - can't remember exactly where it appeared, but from memory there was a red notice that appeared on the screen somewhere when I logged in.
    Cheers .........

Read what Inc said. Their giving him grief he doesn't need.
That said, he is concerned about how any changes will impact on us subscribers.

Well if you're offering Mick ........................
