I reckon prices are pretty good in the UK especially when you knock off the VAT, I was over there last week and went a bit nuts and came back with some Exmoor Trim carpets for the 130 (I know getting soft) seat risers, a Gigglepin Bow motor and Albright solinoid for my stuffed 12,000 Warn, some Flat Dog wheel arches plus a few other bits. Lucky someone else paid for the flights. Should have seen the look on the check in guy's face at the airport when I turned up with 30Kg in my bag + 4 big plast wheel arches!

You've just got to be careful what you buy. Some very notable brands are infact rubbish.
I've been burnt recently buying cheap parts from one of the biggest aftermarket companies out of the uk.
From now on I'll be buying genuine or known good quality parts. Oem suppliers like delphi, airtech, valeo etc.

I have noticed this quite regularly on eBay there will be an item usually from overseas somewhere with a stupid price on it. I suspect there is a glitch somewhere in some calculator function on EBay.

It's simply a way a business seller minimises his costs. When he runs out of stock he just puts a silly price on the item to stop it selling. This saves on relisting fees.

That goes for the locally bought stuff as well. A couple of years ago I bought an ignition switch that lasted two weeks. Because of that, there is now an intersection that is now known as "Mick's Corner".
