    Car places sell stuff called bumper black, it is to restore plastic bumpers, flares are just bumpers put on side ways

    like those rich Yankee Ranchers with the bull horns nailed to the hood ( bonnet for us in Oz) Actually I could envisage you Chops with a Big Boar head mounted head on to your bull bar.
