Might be a bit of a tough one. Built without permision on crown land, chances are even after a lengthy court battle you would still loose.

I'd be carefull that they don't get charged for it's removal as well, but then again, if they don't know who you are :wink:

i told him the same thing stay away from it as they might nab him for legal costs as well

Why did they even notify them of its destruction. If its build illegally, why dont they just knock it down? Matt

even though it is an illegal structure, they have to follow the law :wink:
