Speaking of aid....

Does anyone know the details of how I (we) can donate to the victims of the fires on the Eyre Peninsula :?:

I want them to know they haven't been forgotten and we'll help where we can. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

(I haven't heard any grandiose promises from the Prime Monster on that issue yet).

CFS crews are closer to having the main firefront of the West Coast blaze contained. The firefront was burning along Bratten Way, between Cummins and Tumby Bay. The fire is still burning slowly in some areas however, no homes or properties are threatened. More than 300 volunteer firefighters are currently at the scene. For further information contact the CFS Hotline on <span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%">1300 362 361.</span>

Give that number a call Vlad they might be able to put you on to the right track, don't get to shocked if there isn't one going.

My experience in the RFS in NSW showed me that while ever you have media attention you get everything as soon as interest goes your left to work it out for yourself

Apparently 1300 numbers are limited to certain areas by the owners to help keep down their costs.
