Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Matt
Spotted a Disco 3 in Nowra yesterday, going around 1 of the roundabouts, doubt it had been to Yalwal though
Pointed it out to my wife, she wasn't enthused with its appearance (thought it was pretty ugly actually).
Can't wait for a drive

You have a point, but unfortunately Land Rover fans alone wont keep LR alive, we need new owners to be introduced and if Landies remained the same for ever they would slowly die and then we wouldnt have any. Look at the defender, a sheer classic, has looked pretty much the same since the series 1, however sales are dwindling. I think a new look and few revisions will see the defender take off, after all it is the only "real" 4wd on the market, the no frills 4wd that real 4wders want. As long as they keep this image i think we will be safe, from reports in magazines on the new fender LR head honchos the defender will be modernised but will remain essentially the same. Matt
