Don't know what you guys are on about, I love cats...

Just can't eat a whole one!

The only good cat is a dead one

My shire is absolutely useless about controlling cats, they are everywhere around here.
My neighbour used to have 24 cats, shire limit is 2. No wonder my yard is full of cat crap and my fire wood stinks of cat urine.

Can you tell I don't like cats. :-)

    Neale,

Better train those Corgis to chase cats. They must be getting too soft being carried around in the Rangie all the time

Correct but where would the fun be if we didn't take some artistic licence?? I may have caught you off guard because I am usually so serious about stuff, sorry about that

for the record I'm a believer in THE ONLY GOOD CAT IS A FLAT CAT.

I know this article is from NZ but it demonstrates the amount they do get through..

For broad acre rural - dish of fish on verandah at night, irresistible, in front of window with light over it - 22 on tripod on other side of window on target in dark. Make sure your window glass is open. Replace fly screen every so often. Used by someone who runs private nature reserve, and is quick death for cat.

    Well, I'll be different.
I love cats, had 'em all my life, but not now.
There are people who will blame cats for every single bad thing on the planet. Like i said we've always had 'em, but council "rules" are now so restrictive it's not worth it any more.
Until our last little man died a year or so ago, yes, they caught a few birds, & a few possums, but I tell you what, there were never any shortage of birds in our garden.
"Some" "greenie" locals rave on about feral cats in our nearby wetlands?,....we go there often, so do our friends,...never seen one, nor any evidence of any?
So yes, I'll be different, and I loved every single moment & memory that I've had with our little friends over many many years.
    Pickles.
