Next trip is to Williams if I can ever get the stars to align, but Orange is a bit far east, we could do coffee in Broken Hill.

Where I've not been working for over a year (no 1 hour commute, and sitting in an office for 10 hours in a day), plus the treatment I've had in the meantime, the back has improved. I can feel my right foot again!

No other treatment options though, it's as good as it's going to get. I'm at the stage where I can tolerate a lot more physically, just have to be very careful as it stirs up quickly if I get too ambitious.
